About Lumineers and Invisalign Lebanon, PA | David Stachowicz
Dr. David H. Stachowicz was born in Ambridge, Pennsylvania. He is a 1976 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a doctorate in Dental Medicine.
Dr. Stachowicz served four years as a dentist in the U.S. Navy at Camp Lejuene in North Carolina, Camp Hanson in Okinawa, Japan, and at North Island Naval Air Station in Coronado, California.
In 1980, Dr. Stachowicz relocated to Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Since that time, he has been practicing as a general and cosmetic dentist with additional certifications in Invisalign treatment for tooth straightening, Zoom II teeth bleaching, and Lumineer veneers.
Dr. Stachowicz is a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association. He has served two terms as the President of the Lebanon County Dental Society and two terms as President of the Fourth District Dental Society. He is also a member of the PDA Peer Review Advisory Board and a staff member of the Good Samaritan Hospital medical/dental staff. He volunteers at Cedar Crest Middle School as the school dentist, and with the Headstart Childcare Program.
Dr. Stachowicz has two children. He enjoys sports and being outdoors.
Staff
Lisa Lacasse
Lisa is a 1986 graduate of Lebanon Senior High School. She graduated in 1987 from The Academy of Medical Arts and Business as a Certified Dental Assistant. In 1989 Lisa received her degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Lisa has worked with Dr. Stachowicz as a dental hygienist for the past 20 years and is currently serving as the office manager.
Lisa has two nine year old daughters and enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling.
Stephanie Erb
Stephanie graduated from Harcum College in 1997 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from West Chester University in 2000 with a BS in Health Sciences. As a dental hygienist, Stephanie has experience in children's dentistry, general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and periodontal therapy.
Stephanie considers it a privledge to work with Dr. Stachowicz in assisting patients through Invisalign and Lumineers proceedures.
